Sec. 4-2.1. - Duties Transferred.

All duties of assessing property and collecting taxes thereon, provided by State law to be performed by the City shall be performed by the County Assessor and County Tax Collector of the County of Orange, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Code of the State of California, as the same now exists or may be amended, added to, or re-enacted.
