Sec. 17-6.1. - Maintenance in a Safe and Nondangerous Condition.¶
All private driveway approaches shall be maintained in a safe and nondangerous condition so as to avoid injury to person or property.

Sec. 17-6.2. - Maintenance and Repair.¶
Notwithstanding anything in this Chapter to the contrary, the maintenance and repair of any private driveway approach in any zone, whether in the public right-of-way or on private property shall be the responsibility of the property owner or owners served by said private driveway approach.

Sec. 17-6.3. - Liability for Injuries to the Public.¶
Property owners served by private driveway approaches owe a duty of care to members of the public to keep and maintain said private driveway approaches in a safe and nondangerous condition so as to avoid injury to person or property.
