Article 22-7 — CONSISTENCY WITH COUNTY HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN

All applicable subdivision decisions and approvals of the City shall be consistent with the applicable portions of the approved County of Orange Hazardous Waste Management Plan which identify general area or siting criteria for hazardous waste facilities.
