Chapter 17.12 — FEES

17.12.010 - Tentative, final and parcel map processing fees.

Every person submitting a tentative map for processing, a final map for processing, checking and recording, or a parcel map for processing, checking and recording, shall pay fees therefor as prescribed by resolution of the city council, the resolution shall also prescribe the time of payment of the fees.

17.12.020 - Improvement plan checking and processing fees.

Every person submitting improvement plans for improvements required as a condition to the approval of a tentative subdivision map shall pay plan checking fees and engineering fees in an amount, and at such time as prescribed by resolution of the city council.

17.12.030 - Field inspection fees.

Every person who shall construct improvements required as a condition to approval of a tentative subdivision map shall pay construction inspection and engineering fees in an amount and at such time prescribed by resolution of the city council.
