4.110.010 Levy.

There shall be levied on the taxable property within the corporate limits of the city, for each fiscal year, a tax not to exceed $0.15 on each $100.00 for the purpose of providing and maintaining parks and music and for advertising purposes. Said tax shall be in addition to all other taxes now authorized by law to be levied. (Code 1971, § 1541)

4.110.020 Collection.

Said tax shall be levied and collected at the same time and in the same manner as other municipal taxes of the city. (Code 1971, § 1542)
