12.160.010 Construction equipment, safety regulations when not in use.¶

Whenever equipment used in construction work and used for lifting materials is left unattended, the power shall be shut off, brakes set, and any buckets, forks, or like lifting devices shall be placed in the down position. (Code 1971, § 3191)
