10 Editor’s note(s): Ord. No. 2017-009, adopted May 22, 2017, amended Division 2, which consists of Chapters 12.210, 12.215, and 12.220, in its entirety to read as herein set out. Former Division 2, Chapters 12.210, 12.215, and 12.220 pertained to the same subject matter and derived from Ord. No. 2007-011, adopted April 16, 2007.

Note(s) – The city council hereby determines that the ordinance codified in this division (Ord. No. 2007-011) is exempt from review under CEQA and Section 15308 of the state CEQA Guidelines because it is a set of regulations adopted for the protection of the environment. Further, the ordinance codified in this division (Ord. No. 2007-011) consists only of minor revisions and clarifications to an existing body of local regulations and specification of procedures related thereto and will not have the effect of deleting or substantially changing any regulatory standards or findings required therefor. The ordinance codified in this division (Ord. No. 2007-011), therefore, is an action being taken for enhanced protection of the environment and that does not have the potential to cause significant effects on the environment, directly or indirectly.
