Chapter 24.390 — HILLSIDE (HS) OVERLAY ZONE

24.390.010 Chapter description.

This chapter establishes the hillside overlay (HS) zone. The hillside overlay zone is intended to implement the policies, standards, and guidelines established in the downtown speciYc plan, which, among other things, sets standards for building height. Notwithstanding any provisions of Chapter 24.405 or any other provisions of this zoning ordinance to the contrary, development in the hillside overlay zone shall comply with the height and all other standards set forth in the downtown speciYc plan.
