6930 - Prohibition.

No person shall, unless in compliance with a discharge permit:

a. Construct, use, maintain, operate and/or continue to utilize an illicit connection.

b. Act, cause, permit or suffer any agent, employee, or independent contractor, to construct, maintain, operate or utilize an illicit connection.

6931 - Termination of illicit connections.

a. In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the Director may, by written notice, require persons responsible for an illicit connection to immediately, or by a specified date, remove the illicit connection.

b. The Director may, by written notice, require a person responsible for an illicit connection to the County Storm Drain System to eliminate or to secure approval for the connection within ninety (90) days.
