1321 - Planning commission establishment.

A County Planning Commission in and for the County of Ventura, State of California, is hereby established.

1321-1 - Membership powers and duties.

The membership, powers and duties of said County Planning Commission shall be as provided by Title 7, Chapter 1, of the Government Code of the State of California, as amended.

1321-2 - Appointment and removal.

The Ventura County Planning Commission shall consist of five (5) members. The Commission members shall be appointed by a majority vote of the Ventura County Board of Supervisors. Each Commission member's term shall be concurrent with that of the supervisor who nominated him for appointment by the Board. Any Commission member may be removed by a majority vote of the Board of Supervisors.
