1241 - Health Officer.¶
The Board of Supervisors shall appoint a County Health Officer.
1241-1 - Duties.¶
It shall be the duty of the Health Officer to enforce all orders and ordinances of the Board pertaining to causes of sickness, nuisances and source of filth within this County, all orders, quarantine regulations and rules prescribed by the State Board of Health, and all statutes of the State relating to vital statistics, and generally to supervise all matters pertaining to the health and sanitary conditions of said County.
