Ventura County Municipal Code Art. 19 Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision or clause of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to be unconstitutional or to be otherwise invalid by a final judgment of any court or competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not effect other provisions or clauses or application, and to this end, the provisions and clauses of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
