7.70.010 - Compliance with county regulations required.¶

No person shall operate, maintain, conduct or manage a tattoo establishment or parlor unless said program complies with the rules and regulations for tattoo establishments and parlors promulgated by the Solano County department of public health. "Person" means any individual, partnership, firm, association, corporation, or other legal entity.
