5.12.010 - Hours.¶
It is unlawful for the owner, manager, proprietor, or other person having charge of any public billiard room, public pool room or public shooting gallery to keep the same open, or allow or permit the same to be kept open, or allow any of these games or amusements to be played or carried on therein between the hours of two a.m. and six a.m. of any day, or to allow any person, except such owner, manager, proprietor or person in charge thereof, or the persons regularly employed in and about the same to be or remain therein between the hours designated in this section.

5.12.020 - Gambling unlawful.¶
It is unlawful for the owner, manager, proprietor, or other person or persons having charge, visitor or visitors, or other person to play, allow, permit or cause to permit, any gambling of any kind whatsoever in any billiard hall, pool hall, shooting gallery, or bowling alley in the city.

5.12.030 - Permit required for license to conduct.¶
As may be required by Title 16 Zoning, Vallejo Municipal Code, no billiard table or room, pool table or room, bowling alley or shooting gallery may be established or operated unless a conditional use permit has been approved.

5.12.040 - Minors restricted.¶
It is unlawful for any person under the age of twelve years to be in, remain in, enter or visit any public billiard room or pool room in the city unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. It is unlawful for the proprietor or person having charge or control of any public billiard room or pool room in the city to permit or suffer any person under the age of twelve years to be in, remain in, or enter or visit any such billiard room, or pool room unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
It is unlawful for any persons seventeen years of age or younger to be in, remain in, enter or visit any public billiard room or pool room in the city between the hours of twelve midnight and two a.m. It is unlawful for the proprietor or person having charge or control of any public billiard room or pool room in the city to permit or suffer any person seventeen years of age or younger to be in, remain in, enter or visit any public billiard room or pool room in the city between the hours of twelve midnight and two a.m.
