12.52.010 - Administrative Code Adoption.¶
The California Administrative Code, 2025 Edition, appearing in the 2025 California Buildings Standards Code, California Code of Regulations Title 24, Part 1, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference as the city administrative code. One copy of said code is on file in the office of the building official of the City of Vallejo, California, for use and examination by the public.

12.52.020 - Board of Appeals.¶
The Board of Appeals shall be the Building Standards Code Appeals Board.
