Vacaville Municipal Code Ch. 14.09.190 Specific Plan District

The purpose of the specific plan district is to guide new development in a manner that preserves and enhances the character of the areas that are defined in specific plan areas located on the City zoning map.

The standards and regulations of this chapter apply to areas designated as a specific plan districts on the zoning map. Specific plan districts include the following:

A. North Village Specific Plan;

B. Brighton Landing Specific Plan;

C. Vanden Meadows Specific Plan;

D. The Farm at Alamo Creek Specific Plan;

E. Roberts Ranch Specific Plan;

F. Downtown Specific Plan; and

G. Greentree Specific Plan.

Except as provided in this chapter, all new structures and development, as well as alterations to existing structures, shall comply with the requirements of the applicable specific plan. Where specific plan standards do not address specific standards, the underlying zoning district standards shall apply.
