§ 13.08.010. Service for newly constructed or moved buildings.¶
A. The connection fee for the service of any newly constructed or altered buildings or for the service of any newly altered buildings or repaired or altered moved buildings both inside or outside the city limits of the city shall be paid to the city public works director or designee in an amount set from time to time by resolution approved by the members of the city council.
B. Any person, firm or corporation paying the fee herein imposed shall not be required to pay an additional fee for any subsequent alteration, repair, or remodeling.

§ 13.08.020. Deposit into water facilities acquisition and expansion account.¶
The money paid to the finance director pursuant to this article shall be deposited in a separate account to be known as the water facilities acquisition and expansion account, and shall be used solely for the purpose of acquiring water stock, acquiring water, acquiring rights to water, constructing additions to any part of the water system, or improving the water system of the city.

§ 13.08.030. Additional fee.¶
Since the fee collected in this article is deposited in the water facilities acquisition and expansion fund for the purposes set forth therein, the fee is in addition to the connection fee set forth in Chapter 13.04.
