§ 12.04.010. Filing and adoption.¶

That certain document, copies of which are on file in the offices of the city clerk and the city engineer, being marked and designated as the "Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction," 1997 Edition, and published by the Building News, Inc. for the Southern California Chapters of the Associated General Contractors of America, is adopted as the city standard specifications for public works construction.
