Chapter 16.44 — ENFORCEMENT AND JUDICIAL REVIEW § 16.44.010. Prohibition and penalty.

No person shall sell, offer to sell, transfer title from one owner to another, or otherwise dispose of such in any manner whatsoever, any parcel of land or fraction thereof without first conforming to the applicable requirements of the Subdivision Map Act, the requirements of this title, or any other provision or requirement set forth and established by record by the advisory agency or the council.
