§ 1.24.010. Designated.¶
The following public place in the City of Union City is hereby designated as the place for posting public notices:

§ 1.24.020. Ordinance summaries.¶
The City Clerk is hereby designated as the official to prepare summaries of ordinances for publication, pursuant to the authority of Section 36933(b)(1) of Government Code of the State of California.

§ 1.24.030. Publication.¶
A. The City Clerk shall summarize and publish proposed ordinances and amendments to existing ordinances pursuant to Section 36933(c)(1) and 36933(c)(2) of the Government Code of the State of California.
B. The City Clerk may, in the alternative, publish ordinances pursuant to Section 36933(a) of the Government Code of the State of California.
