Ukiah Municipal Code Art. 4 Regulation of Private Parking Areas

Pursuant to section 21107.8 of the California Vehicle Code, sections 22507.8, 22350, 23103, 23109 and the provisions of division 16.5 of the California Vehicle Code shall apply to those privately owned parking lots set forth in Section 7386 of this Article.

Parking lots subject to the provisions of Section 7385 of this Article are as follows:

A. Yokayo Valley Shopping Center parking area;

B. Value Giant Store parking area;

C. Safeway Stores, Inc., parking area;

D. Ukiah High School parking areas;

E. 12th District Agricultural Association Fairgrounds parking areas;

F. Pear Tree Shopping Center parking areas;

G. Orchard Plaza Shopping Center parking areas.

Penalties for violation of California Vehicle Code sections set forth in Section 7385 of this Article shall be those prescribed, from time to time, by the California Vehicle Code relating to said sections.
