§ 4508. No Preemption.

This Chapter shall not be interpreted to permit smoking where it is otherwise restricted by law.

§ 4509. Severability.

If any provision of this Article or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Article which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of this Article are severable.
