5840 - MISDEMEANOR/INFRACTION

Any violation of the provisions of this chapter may be prosecuted as an infraction or misdemeanor pursuant to section 1121, of Part II, of Chapter 1 of the Tustin City Code. Violations may also be punished by other penalty, citation, and administrative citation process provided for in Chapter 1 of Article 1.
