3741 - REAPPLICATION

If a person applies for a permit for a particular location within a period of twelve (12) months from the date of denial or revocation of a permit and there has not been an intervening change in the circumstances that would eliminate the reasons for denial or correct the reasons for revocation, the application shall be rejected by the Director. The Director's decision may be appealed in accordance with Part 3 of this Chapter 7.
