1631 - ANNUAL INDEPENDENT AUDIT¶

Each fiscal year the Finance Director shall cause to be prepared by an independent auditor, an audit of the financial statements, books, records and accounts of the previous fiscal year. (Ord. No. 1135, Sec. 2, 8-15-94)

1632 - REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS¶

Requests for proposals for independent auditors shall be solicited periodically at the discretion of the City Council. Requests for proposals and the selection of the independent auditor shall follow guidelines developed by the Audit Commission and such other criteria as may be recommended from time to time by the Finance Director.
