9.16.010 - Prohibited.

Every person who shall wilfully appear on or in any public park, square, preserve, avenue, street, lane, alley or other public land in the unincorporated area of the county in a state of dress or undress in which the private parts of such person or the female breast are exposed shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.16.020 - Violation-Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
