Trinity County Municipal Code Ch. 16.10 Subdivision Review Committee

There shall be a subdivision review committee consisting of the following representatives of the specified agencies or their duly authorized assistants:

A. The planning director;

B. The public works director;

C. The health officer;

D. A primary, and an alternate, representative from the Trinity County Fire Chiefs Association as appointed by the board of supervisors, with a total of one vote amongst the two possible representatives; and

E. A planning commissioner as appointed by the planning commission.

The duly appointed planning commissioner shall serve as chairman and the planning director as secretary of the committee. The planning director shall also serve as chairman in the absence of the duly appointed planning commissioner.

It shall be the duty of the subdivision review committee to make recommendations upon all tentative maps, and such other matters as presented to it by the commission and board of supervisors, and to take final action on all such requests as delegated to it by the advisory agency. The subdivision review committee shall hold regular meetings for their purpose. All such meetings shall be open to the public.
