15.24.100 - Administrative authority.

This chapter shall be implemented and enforced by the county agency or agencies granted administrative and enforcement authority by the board of supervisors of the County of Trinity. For purposes of this chapter, the term "director" is interchangeably used to refer to the county administrative officers, director of transportation or planning director as having administrative and enforcement authority. The "director" may authorize persons to implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter.
