10.30.020 - Restricted use.

For purposes of protecting the public, the director of transportation, after consulting with the general services manager, may restrict the use of county roads which provide access to county waste disposal facilities. Such restrictions may include, but are not limited to restricting the use of the roads to times when the facility is open for the disposal of waste materials and to limit the use of such roads to vehicles which are transporting such disposable waste.
