1.12.010 - Title.

This chapter shall be known as the "Trinity County judicial district ordinance."

1.12.020 - Boundaries.

The boundaries of the Trinity County judicial district shall be identical to the boundaries of the county.

1.12.030 - Sessions.

A. Pursuant to Section 71341 of the California Government Code, Sessions of the Trinity County judicial district shall be in the following designated places:

  1. Weaverville;

  2. Hayfork;

  3. Mad River.

B. Each session shall be held at such times and at such facilities as designated by the judge of the Trinity County judicial district.
