Tracy Municipal Code Art. 8 Aviation Fueling Operations

Fueling, defueling, and fuel storage activities on the airport shall conform to applicable provisions of Code of Federal Regulations ("CFR"), Title 14, and guidelines, as amended; the Uniform Fire Code, as amended, the National Fire Protection Act codes and standards, as amended; applicable provisions of the Airport's Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plan ("SPCC plan"); applicable provisions of the Environmental Protection Agency and the California Environmental Protection Agency relating to these activities, as amended; and all other applicable laws.
