2.28.960 - [Applicability of provisions.]¶

Operators currently providing activities without an agreement or a Commercial Aviation Permit with the City will have six (6) months from the date of adoption of this ordinance to comply with the standards and requirements set forth therein. Any failure to bring such activities into compliance with the provisions set forth herein shall be deemed to violate this section.
