§ 13.20

13.20.010 - Application of impact fee ordinance to this chapter.

Unless otherwise specifically described in this chapter, all provisions of chapter 13.04 of this title shall apply to RSP development impact fees. RSP development impact fees shall mean those development impact fees established by implementing resolution of the City Council which apply to the geographical area described by the Residential Area Specific Plan. The provisions of all other chapters of this title, including chapter 13.08, shall not apply to RSP development impact fees.

13.20.020 - Public facility categories for RSP development impact fees.

The following public facility categories, and corresponding fee funds, collectively referred to as "RSP development impact fees," have been established:

(a)

RSP roadways fee;

(b)

RSP storm drainage fee;

(c)

RSP public building fee.
