89.2.1 MECHANICAL PERMIT FEES.¶
Fees for the issuance of a mechanical permit shall be set by resolution of the City Council adopted from time to time.

Section 303.8.7 of the California Mechanical Code, 2025 Edition, is hereby added to read in its entirety as follows:
303.8.7 Roof Mounted Equipment Platforms. All roof mounted equipment shall be located on raised platforms to allow clearance for re-roofing. The Building Official shall institute design specification for platforms on various roof configurations.
