33.13.1 LICENSE TAX.

a) A license tax (called the spud-in-fee) of $505.00* shall be paid for initially drilling any oil or gas well hole.

b) A license tax of $505.00* shall be paid for each deepening of any oil or gas well hole.

c) In addition, an annual license tax of $563.0011
