Tehama Municipal Code § 9.05.010 Title and scope

A. This chapter, which shall be known and may be cited as the Tehama County Fire Hazard Abatement Ordinance.

B. This chapter shall supplement and shall not supersede or limit any other statute, regulation, or ordinance affecting the subject matter hereof, including, but not limited to the other fire prevention and protection statutes, regulations, and ordinances enacted by the state, the county, or any other governmental agency having jurisdiction. These regulations shall apply throughout the unincorporated area of the county.
