7.60.010 - Violation-Punishment.

Except as provided in Section 7.60.020 and 7.60.030, any violation of this title is an infraction punishable as provided by law.

7.60.020 - Violation resulting in death or serious injury to livestock-Punishment.

Any violation of this title that results in death or serious injury to livestock is a misdemeanor punishable as provided by law. As used in this section, "serious injury" shall mean injury of a degree of severity that the injured animal must be destroyed or injury that results in the fair market value of the animal being reduced to a level at which it may not be profitably sold.

7.60.030 - Violation of specified provisions-Punishment.

Any violation of Section 7.25.010, 7.25.020, 7.25.030, 7.25.070 or 7.25.080, or any violation of Chapter 7.07 or Chapter 7.30 of this title is a misdemeanor punishable as provided by law.

7.60.040 - Separate offense.

Every person violating any provision of this title shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day, or portion thereof, during which the violation continues, and shall be punishable therefore as provided.
