16.24.010 - Generally.¶
The procedures and/or conditions shall prevail for divisions of lands which constitute minor subdivisions.

16.24.020 - Lot line adjustment.¶
A lot line adjustment may receive final approval by the planning director or designee when the adjustment does not result in any new lot and meets the applicable criteria set forth in Chapter 17.75 of the Tehama County Charter and Code.

16.24.030 - Other minor subdivisions.¶
The following procedures shall be followed for other minor subdivisions as defined herein:
A. A tentative parcel map shall be prepared based on the requirements of Section 16.20.030. Should the tentative map meet all the requirements of Sections 16.20.060 and 16.20.070, it may be considered as both a tentative and final parcel map.
B. The tentative map shall be filed with the planning director who shall review the map and supporting documents and shall within ten days call a meeting of the technical advisory committee to discuss the proposed minor subdivision.
C. The technical advisory committee shall review the map and prepare a report, indicating approval, approval with conditions or denial. The subdivider or his agent shall be notified of said approval, approval with conditions or denial.
D. When approved or approved with conditions the county surveyor shall process the parcel map under the provisions of Sections 16.20.050 through 16.20.090 of this code.
E. If the minor division is denied or approved with conditions by the committee, the subdivider may file an appeal under the provisions of Section 16.36.010.
