Tehama County Municipal Code Ch. 1.01 Code Adoption

The Tehama County Code, as recompiled, recodified, indexed, and published by Book Publishing Company of Seattle, Washington, inclusive of that certain "Supplement Insertion Guide," published by said Book Publishing Company, dated June, 1985, is hereby adopted by reference as the Tehama County Code effective on and after January 1, 1986.

The county clerk shall maintain in his office not less than three copies of the County Code, as hereby adopted and as may hereafter be amended from time to time, for use and examination by the public.
