10.08.010 - Designated.

Every person under the age of eighteen years who loiters in or about any public street or other public place or other place open to the public between the hours of eleven p.m. of one day and five a.m. of the following day while not accompanied by his parent, guardian, or other adult person having the legal care, custody or control of such person, or spouse of such person over eighteen years of age is guilty of a misdemeanor; provided, however, that on Friday and Saturday evenings curfew shall apply from twelve midnight to five a.m. on the following day.

A violation of this chapter or of any portion thereof is a misdemeanor.
