3.16.050 - Elected officials generally-Medical benefits.¶
Elected officials shall receive the group health and accident insurance benefits presently provided for appointed department heads or as may hereafter be provided. They shall continue to be entitled to mileage allowance and other reasonable travel expenses while in the performance of their duties in the amount now provided by the board's travel policy, or as may be modified in the future, and shall be entitled to defray reasonable expenses incurred as a result of being an officer or a member of a regional, state, or national association or governmental agency and attending meetings or conventions thereof which are required for the performance of their duties or which would serve the best interest of the county for the elected official to belong.

3.16.060 - Constable of Corning Judicial District-Compensation.¶
The constable of the Corning Judicial District, in addition to the salary heretofore provided, shall be entitled to fees and commissions. However, any fee or commission received which was not allowed by July 1, 1966, shall be paid into the county treasury.

3.16.080 - Officer acting as local registrar.¶
The county clerk and recorder or any other officer acting as local registrar of births and deaths pursuant to state law shall pay all fees received in such capacity into the county treasury but shall be entitled to additional compensation at the rate of fifty cents for the first birth certificate or death certificate properly and completely made out and registered with him and recorded.
