3.28.010 - Deposits.

All funds or money belonging to the city shall be deposited to the credit of the city within any bank, savings and loan association or trust company located in the state of California which is authorized to receive for deposit such money and funds pursuant to California state law, the exact location of which shall be from time to time determined by minute order of the city council.

3.28.020 - Withdrawals.

All withdrawals upon funds and money deposited as required in Section 3.28.010 shall be made upon warrants drawn upon the Tehachapi city treasury and signed by any two of the following persons: the city administrator, the city treasurer, or the deputy city treasurer.
