17.04.010 - Title.¶
This title shall be known as the subdivision ordinance of the city.

17.04.020 - Purpose.¶
This title is adopted to supplement and implement the Subdivision Map Act of the state; to set forth rules and regulations for the subdivision of real property.

17.04.030 - Conflicting ordinances.¶
Ordinance 202 and all amending ordinances thereto, and all other ordinances, articles and chapters or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this title are repealed; provided, however, that they will continue in force and apply to approved subdivision and parcel maps filed prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this title.
