Tehachapi Municipal Code Ch. 1.12 Datum Plane

The datum plane for all official surveys for the City is established at sixty-six feet below the U.S. Geological Survey Bench Mark which is now situated and established at approximately six feet easterly and seventy feet southerly from the southeast corner of the intersection of Green and H Streets in the city, and all bench marks and grades must be established by the city engineer in accordance therewith.
