8.08.010 - Public health regulations enforced by county.¶

The city consents to the enforcement and observation within the city by the Kern County health officer of the orders, quarantine regulations, and rules prescribed by the State Department of Health Services, and of statutes relating to the public health, as provided by Section 476 of the Health and Safety Code.
