1.08.010 - Public places designated.

The city council determines that three of the most public places in the city are as follows:

A. The Sutter Creek Auditorium at 18 Main Street.

B. The Sutter Creek Community Center at 33 Church Street.

C. On a bulletin board maintained at the United Stated Post Office on Gopher Flat Road.

1.08.020 - Bulletin boards established—Purpose.

In order to inform the citizens and residences of the city and adjacent areas, it is determined that the city shall cause to be established at each of the places referred to in section 1.08.010 a bulletin board, and that said bulletin board shall be used for the purpose of giving notice of official proceedings of the city when notice or posting of said proceedings is required by law, and for such other purposes as shall be, from time to time, authorized by the city council.
