State Law reference— For the statutory provisions concerning the scheduling of city council meetings, see Gov. Code §§36805—36811 and 54954.

The city council shall meet regularly at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of each month, except that if a meeting date would fall on a federal- or state-recognized holiday, the meeting shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on the following Tuesday.

All meetings of the city council shall be held at such places within the city as the city council shall from time to time by resolution provide, or at such other place or places as such meetings may be adjourned from time to time.
