732-010 - DISCARDING PROHIBITED

It shall be and is hereby made unlawful for any person or persons to throw, empty, or deposit in or upon any public highway, street, or alley, or any yard, lot, or grounds, or in any gutter, ditch, or basin, or on the bank of any creek, river, or slough, or near any inhabited house in any unincorporated town in the County of Sutter, State of California, any manure, filth, dirt, feculent or excrementitious matter or decayed vegetation exhaling fetid odors or noxious stench.

732-020 - UNINCORPORATED TOWN DEFINED

For the purposes of this Chapter, the term "unincorporated town" shall be construed to mean any territory or tract of land laid out in town lots and blocks with highways or streets and alleys thrown open to public use therein.

732-030 - PENALTY

Every person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction by any Court having Jurisdiction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail of the County of Sutter not exceeding 50 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
