730-010 - SLAUGHTERHOUSE, DAIRIES

It shall be, and is hereby made unlawful for any person or persons either as owners, principals, agents, servants or employees, to establish, keep, maintain or assist in establishing, keeping and maintaining, within the limits of any unincorporated town, in the County of Sutter, State of California, any slaughterhouse, dairy, or other place injurious to the health of the neighborhood.

730-020 - UNINCORPORATED TOWN DEFINED

For the purposes of this Chapter the term "Unincorporated town" shall be construed to mean any territory or tract of land laid out in town lots an blocks with highways, or streets and alleys thrown open to public use therein.

730-030 - VIOLATION—PENALTY

Every person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction by any Court having Jurisdiction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail of the County of Sutter not exceeding 50 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
