§ 16.50.010. Title.¶
This chapter shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the "Property Maintenance Code for the City of Sunnyvale."

§ 16.50.020. Adoption by reference.¶
The "2024 International Property Maintenance Code" is hereby adopted by reference as the property maintenance code of the city of Sunnyvale. All references to jurisdictional requirements are found in the Sunnyvale Municipal Code or other appropriate schedules.
